MCP Atlas is solely an independent informational hub: a directory that catalogues publicly available Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and related open-source projects, with source attribution and synchronization dates. Listings are provided for information only. A listing is not an endorsement, certification, security audit, guarantee, or recommendation of any kind.

Third-party MCP servers listed on MCP Atlas are developed, operated and maintained by independent third parties — not by AiWorkPay. AiWorkPay does not control third-party code, availability, security, legality, reliability, data processing or behaviour, and does not verify them beyond the automated checks described in the methodology.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AiWorkPay disclaims all responsibility and liability for any damage, loss or harm arising from the installation, use or reliance on independent third-party MCP servers listed here. Before installing or using any server, you must verify the provider's identity, the applicable license, the source code, the permissions the server requests, and its security posture.

The AiWorkPay MCP Server is a first-party project of the publisher and is labelled as such. For that project, the publisher's applicable obligations remain in force; the disclaimers above apply to independent third-party listings, not to the publisher's own legal duties. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and nothing waives mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights.

You may browse, search and query the public catalog and its read-only API for personal or professional use. You must not: abuse the API beyond the published rate limits; misrepresent MCP Atlas data as your own; use the directory to build a competing bulk redistribution of the dataset without permission; or attempt to access admin functions, non-public data or other users' information.

Listings aggregate third-party metadata and may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. Values that could not be fetched are shown as “unknown” rather than invented. The site is provided “as is”; reasonable efforts are made to keep it available and accurate, but uninterrupted availability and error-free content are not guaranteed.

MCP Atlas and AiWorkPay are not affiliated with, partnered with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google, Mistral AI, Perplexity or any other AI vendor mentioned on this site. Product and company names are used for identification only.

Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their owners. If you believe a listing infringes your rights or is inaccurate, use the takedown and correction procedure on the contact page (contact@aiworkpay.fr).

MCP Atlas currently carries no advertising, affiliate links or paid placements. If sponsored listings are introduced in the future, they will be clearly labelled and separated from organic results.

These terms are governed by French law, the publisher being AIWORKPAY, a French company registered at RCS Paris. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rules of your country of residence. The website is hosted in the United States (as stated by the publisher); hosting location does not change the publisher's legal jurisdiction or eliminate French/EU legal duties.
